Hatteras Seafoods, the retail division of Jeffrey’s Seafood, opened in April 2025 at our brand-new location in the heart of Hatteras Village on Altona Lane.
Adjacent to our commercial fish house and in the same building as our wholesale processing room, our available catch doesn’t get any more fresh!
As a wholesale seafood purveyor on Hatteras Island, we know fresh seafood. Our livelihood depends on the continuation of the commercial fishing heritage known all too well to our local fishing families.
