We'll update our available fresh catch each evening. You'll log in, browse through our daily selection, Adding the products you like to your order, specifying your order details.
3 Pick Up or Delivery
We'll coordinate daily pick up or delivery of your order to our Hatteras Island Customers and coordinate custom delivery options to meet the needs of our customers north of Hatteras Island and beyond.

My new go-to spot for seafood on Hatteras! I came across a Facebook post about Jeffrey’s and knew I had to check it out—and I’m so glad I did. From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted by two friendly smiles behind the counter. For a fish market, the place was impressively clean—absolutely spotless. Their selection didn’t disappoint: beautifully cut filets, whole fish, and everything in between. I picked up some shrimp, a generous cut of tuna, and a container of shrimp salad. Everything was incredibly fresh. The tuna was so good, I seared it as soon as I got back to the house. My son and I devoured a pound and a half like it was nothing. The shrimp were just as delicious, and the shrimp salad was the perfect beachside snack. Can’t wait to go back—I may have just found a gem..
